The Enjoy Movement
The Enjoy Movement offers enjoyable exercise sessions with kind, inclusive and supportive coaches. If you hate the gym but want more energy, better moods and a strong body and mind then come and join us in our private personal training space.
We specialise in working with women who want to move their bodies but haven't found a sustainable or enjoyable way to do this.
Perhaps you would like to try strength training but don't know where to start, are uncomfortable in a gym setting, or have health conditions that mean you need extra care; then we are the coaches for you.
All our coaching is bespoke to your needs, and we can work with you on a 1:1 basis or in a small group of three-person coaching.
